Disintegration & Strength needed

Hi,

I'd like to ask/discuss how other players are handling the following, and/or what they think in general.

I like to use Disintegration perk, for several reasons. a) to get rid of unwanted magical equipment, and b) to collect ores or especially crystals from it.

However, it sort of bugs me that in order to put on Disintegration perk, hero needs to have 15 strength. I understand that you have to make decisions and devide things up according to choices you want to make or preferences you might have. But in this specific case, there is no other useful perk in that category (imo) and I prefer to have hero stats points used for other qualities. Those 15 strength points seem wasted, I only have them there for Disintegration, while in other categories, I might apply several different perks within one category, or switch perks within one category without having to change hero stats points for it.

At the same time, just switching stats/perks for a "full disintegration session" from time to time isn't really working for me either. I've done it a couple of times. Having enough perk changing potions isn't a problem, but up to 14 stats changing potions to get 15 strength, and then later another possible14 stats potions to take the strength back off doesn't work, game doesn't seem to hand those out as generously. I've used total recall once or twice, but again, those are relatively rare. I think I am going to try and keep half the strength on and do Disassembly regularly, and then do the switch to Disintegration from time to time once I have enough potions. But regularly making these changes at the cost of all these potions "only" for occasional disintegration sessions seems unbalanced to me? Or maybe I am completely missing something?

So how are other players handling this? Do you just keep 15 strength on all the time, do you switch hero stats for disintegration sessions (if so, is that working well for you, does it seem "worth it"?). How often do you disintegrate magical equipment anyway? Do you find it easy, fun, tiresome, a burdon?

Level 6 crafting perk, with level 11 strength stat, give you 6% more consumable find chance.  Figures of Enlightenment and Blueprints, are consumables.  Also gives 49% chance, of crafting better crystals, at crafting idol.  70% chance of crafting item, with one ore.  1 in 3 items crafted, are better ores.  Copper ore crafts level 10 hero gear, cobalt level 20, etc.

Level 10 strength, lets you club penguins, foxes and dogs, for meat.  Snow Leopards need 5 meat, as do lions.  More strength, lets you club better animals, which give more meat.  Not sure if level 15 or 20 needed, but maybe artefacts can boost strength for that.

I do keep the strength but then I like my stats to be pretty equal, and I also like to bash animals sometimes and do a few other things that require the strength stat. I change just the perks around if I want to destroy magic gear, otherwise I keep enough to do regular gear all the time.
