I'm not liking where I am on the map right now, how do I start over with a new dwelling without deleting my hero entirely? |

you cannot. You must start new and then either be destroyed at the other hero or just leave it un-played until it's time runs out and it vanishes on it's own. That means you must not enter it at all for at least a week or more. Otherwise your only choice is to delete it. Once it 's time runs out you can then restart that hero.

Also it is a rule of thumb - never delete your hero yourself. When it is destroyed by others or auto-deleted due to inactivity you will at least get bonus packages and some items from the dead hero, not to mention victories countrer you have reached (if you did). |

yes you can start a new hero without it affecting the other. you can have up to 5 heros at once |

all depends on your hero level this is the formula supplied to me, by a smart player. 7 days plus half hero level |
