In Zweistein's Brave New World quest, he said it is a good idea to place a new town near a river or seashore to allow ship building.
How near is "near?" Does it mean immediately next to the shore or you could be 1-2 cells away? I'd really like to expand towards the water, since I'm almost squashed in land.
