Oil perk, more rubber available, delivery service

I have a request please, I want an oil perk, there is food, wood, stone and Iron for perks. But nothing for oil. 

We need more rubber on the map (Oh and Diamonds too), one rubber in a whole mass area is not fair. (yes I know not everything is fair in this game)

Delivery service upgrades are out of balance, in my humble opinion, to need 40,000 each resource for an upgrade to level 10 just to move 25,000 is not balanced to me. Plus it is 40,000 oil! UGH

Skyward traders it would be nice if we could upgrade that so we can move oil too.

There are oil perks...there are both a 1 day (Semargl Barrel) and a 7 day (Semargl Pump) 25% bonus item available similar to the other resources . Were you talking about a global perk vs a temp one?
