Science bubbles for completed Research

For those no longer researching anything, leaving science help bubbles in dens is a problem.  They cannot be picked up and sometimes prevent picking up useable items underneath them.  Would it be possible for them to either be picked up even though not researching anything. or create some kind of alternate use for them once research has been completed.

Start a research in information age ( they are infinite) and set all you science buildings to 0% so i doesn't affect your income.  Then you can pick up the science bottles again.
