Any tips for Old Mine?

Is there a way to get across the traps without dieing?

I did it to get to the lever for the bridge to the Boiler and died twice on the other traps.

I got the boiler ignited with the torch so this is good.

Have been all through the maze and meet deep ends with nowhere else to go.

Any ideas about the traps and what to do next?

For more info what I did each time was walk on the side of the trap by setting the flags so my Hero walks on the side of the trap and not across the middle of it.

I could get to the level for the boiler this way but died on the other traps, once going across and the other one coming back so not sure how to get across them safely yet.

The mines (same for caves and dungeons) are random as to size and what puzzles etc are in them, so your old mine is not the same as mine for example.

The section with the traps you are describing has a roadstone that tells you about skulls. Each "room" has a certain number of skulls in it and depending on the number of skulls you will know whether a trap is save to cross or not.

Mines have sections. Once you have triggered the bridge by the entrance that leads to a boiler, it means you have been through all available sections. Similar in dungeons where opening the door in the entry section let's you know that all sections have been found.
