Covert dungeon

my covert dungeon does not seem to match any I have found on the forums. I found my way through the initial beacon puzzle The next section is a series of rooms and corridors with gates and one small room with a lever. I have one room where I found 3 hidden buttons, which opened gates, but I still have 2 gates to open, one of which accesses a lever. I have clicked on every single tile, brick colmn, statue etc that I can find. Gone over it all in 300% zoom, and cannot find a way to open those last two gates so I can open the door to the next section. Am I missing something right in front of my nose?

Seeing the minimap would help, please? :)

In the same dungeon there is another beacon puzlle, the first one was easy, but this one is a real headache, I tried at list 120 times to solve it, but it does not go ....
