Another thing I have discovered after losing my main hero is that I have lost all the discounts I used to get on items bought in the shop and I now have to pay full price again :/.
This is most unfair, I am still the same person behind the screen that I was before regardless of which hero I am playing but I am yet again being 'punished' because of the greed of another player wanting my sulphur but this time it is hurting my wallet more than the game.
If a person donates enough to earn a discount in the first place they should be allowed to buy items at the discounted rate regardless of what hero they are playing because it is the PERSON who has EARNED the discount NOT a particular hero.
Please will you help me get this point across to Enkord and make the game a little fairer for all donators but especially those whose main account gets destroyed, thank you in advance.

The discount is not related to heroes, it's related to account. The reason why it expired has nothing to do with deleted hero. You probably haven't been doing purchases for sime time so it expired. The discount is not permanent. Edit: I have checked your account and your discount was indeed expired at: 2017-03-17 22:55:30.000 - you haven't spent the necessary amount to prolong the discount. |

Notified how? Cash shop screen shows time left until expiration and how much do you need to spend to keep the discount active or upgrade it. |

Apologies Bers, I thought I had already replied here. As that was the first time I had missed buying things since I started playing due to unforeseen circumstances, I had completely forgotten about the small writing at the top of the column. Will now pay more attention ;-) :D. |
