I am unable to progress this quest as prior to receiving this quest I had already upgraded one of my stone fields to a quarry (promoted) (all the others were stone fields level 6). The quest did not recognise that I had upgraded the stone field to a quarry (promoted). To try and "fix" this I upgraded the quarry (promoted) to level 6 (which didn't work) and then downgraded the quarry (promoted). After downgrading a level 1 quarry (promoted) it reverted to an undeveloped resource. I then created a quarry and upgraded it to level 6 and the quest still did not recognise what I had done and was still waiting for me to complete the quest completion criteria.
