SPOILER: fishing rod completing

hello all, i have found some problems with getting all the parts of the fishing rod. i got the rod, line and hook, but still looking for the other parts, anyone can tell me where i can find them? (and in which location/map)?

Search carefully in the two quest towns - maybe you can find there chests to open or places with fog you can uncover. Or you had just missed a small item.

you find the float at the Hideout location on an island, ya have to get across the wade to find it

How do you get across the wade?

you have to use stone, I think it is around 600 to get across

Yes you will find it there. Make sure you open both gates and clear all the fog your hero is able to. Look around edges for resources, gems, special items. :) 

What wade? I can't find one anywhere.

There is an area of shallow water in the Opposition Hideout. If you click on it, it will give you a message about the water being less deep or something like that. That's the wade. You need to build it up and cross it.

The float can be found to the north east of the deplited rock source on a small island, in opposition camp. You have to bring stones from your dwelling to the opposition camp in order to lay stones in the wade to aventualy cross it. When you cross it, you head south to dissmiss the fog. 

How many stones do you need to get across the wade? It's really annoying because I had to wait 10 minutes to move 34 stone from my dwelling (because it said 34 in the puzzle sort of west of the wade) and then it said it wasn't enough though.

I am not sure it's 600, but I'm just double checking.

it is 300 per wade spot so 900 total.

i know , i know, its an old topic, but most of them were talked from 2 years ago, and i bet that the game changed alot in those two years...anyways i got the rod, got the line and the hook, now i need the last piece, i searched old heralds house, were i even managed to find all the gems hehe, then i searched my current place of the main city map, where i only found nothin but a crude bow...i also went to the opposition map, where i am also stuck with a puzzle that doesnt work ( some statues that say ''todo : donator[number]''and a number 3 and 4 close to eachother)? i searched the area and only found a few gems, i still didnt find the last piece!

You have a ways to go yet at the OH, try figuring out how to get to the other side.

the puzzle works. even if the statues say todo, and as sandy sue said you have a ways to go. Old posts on forum are still mostly valid especially if they are marked Spoiler

Ditto the above posts - the statue puzzle *does* work, but it can be quite tricky to work out. However you don't *need* to solve it to progress.

But regarding the fishing rod, as has already been suggested, you need to find the way to cross the river in Opposition Hideout, and explore all of the other side.

You are missing the fishing line, it is in Heralds Home, in a chest behind thorns.
