Help with Game not playing

I have both the TT and TTGold versions that I downloaded from here.  Unfortunately, neither game seems to like my Windows 10 operating system.  When I double click to open either of them I get a new folder that pops up and only have the following in it:  config.xml, hgelog.txt and log.html

I can't seem to get anywhere in trying to get the games to work.  Can anyone help me?

I'm having the same issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, troubleshooting compatibility and running as administrator. I also have Windows 10
