I'm stuck. I can't find the last pine cone. Where is it? How do you get across the bridges that are heavily damaged? And why can't I build anything?

I cannot answer you regarding the "last pine cone", as I never mark where I find them and... I don't know which one you have already :P
But what I did was that I returned here only after my scouts could swim (you learn that on shark island I think), and like that i was able to find more "patches' for the bridges.
