Suggestion about quest location

HI.I have been following the 'WAR VICTORY - new proposal' thread and some thoughts came to mind and just thought I would share them.I am a fairly new Collective player and have spoken to lots of players both veteran and new.I feel that boredom is sometimes a big problem for 'experienced' players who have completed research, done dens/dungeons etc .I do not know how this would work or even if it is plausible.How about 'pop-up tournaments' with random towns or dens full of nasties that suddenly appear for a certain time and could be attacked??? These pop-ups could be attacked by certain research age only, Collective only, Despot only, one or two Alliance attack only, hero only, hero level or any other restriction really.

These pop ups could appear for a certain amount of time only so players will need to be quick and find them. First come, first served???

There could be prizes for all sorts of achievements. Anything from Speaker horns to the figurine to level up which is quite well sought after or something really of value now and then.Just a bit of fun and a suggestion.I don't know if the developers are interested, just sharing thoughts.Thanks for reading.

I like the concept.  Collect players also get bored when they are finished with everything and if they do not push the button to achieve a victory right away might want something else to do too.  :-)

I think it's worth looking at keeping in mind map clutter lol.

The first proposal for War Victory was about those kind of pop up towns... proposal rejected , as the War victory must be strictly pvp

 Bored despots are bored because they've finished everything like you said : level 50 , all techs, anomalies and so on! Another town full of dragons wont get away the boredom lol . And fighting for a fig or a new level when we are level 50 is not enough to motivate us :)) Filling up a Trophy hall sounds more tasty :D

This kind of towns can be interesting for collect players, but , so far I've heard a lot of them are still struggle with dragons ... so, new beasts in a tournament can be really tough for them ....maybe I am wrong tho. 

Anyway, Bers asked few weeks ago if we are interested by a new type of locations ...  http://www.totemtribe.com/talk/question-to-players-do-you-need-more-optional-quest-locations/ ..so, maybe next alpha we will have something new to keep us occupied :))

One thing I've noticed is that for some reason there are advanced tech players who never level up their heroes.  In some cases it's because they lack figurines so something for them might be handy but yes, boredom is not easily taken care of for those of us who are level 50 and done.  :-/

Thank you for replying.I just thought it could be something like 'timed mini-quests' that would get people looking around the map as they would only be there for a short time. Something for everyone in the game to participate in whether in an alliance or not, Despot/Collective, big/small. Could be a cave full of baddies, a maze or a puzzle of sorts that could perhaps get players working together for a prize. Peaceful players/alliances or huge alliances could co-ordinate visits for bigger prizes??? Perhaps Alliance Leaders/Deputies could be given advanced notice as to what it will be and can then delegate their members according to ability etc?I don't know, just offering ideas for something in the future if the developers were interested.
