Suggestion - Figurines and leveling

I think it is just totally stupid that you have to use figurines to level up. You will obviously need levels to finish any kind of victory and they cost much and also you need more on higher level.

My suggestion is to: delete figurines completle so you can level up WITHOUT using them and make you pay resources instead or something.. 

I agree with IceBolt that earning Hero levels should not be limited by something that must be purchased.  Good (or bad - depending on your viewpoint) actions should be rewarded accordingly.

But figurines are also available within the game via lucky idols, random drops and also from monsters, so it's not like they are only available in the shop and you can only get them by paying for them.  However I do like the idea of using resources, maybe even if you made the first 10 hero levels available by using resources to level up, then after that using figurines.  I think its a fair compromise particularly for non paying players.

Well let's be fair: I don't pay so I get less. The thing that annoys me though is the fact that obtaining them is totally random despite how important they are, someone lucky get can level 25 while someone unlucky may not even reach level 19.

It may even motivate people to do something not intended I think: keeping wheel of fortune level 1 to get them more often (last wheel reward only resources 75% of the time anyway...).
