My alliance member tries to transfer resources to me, but I am constantly getting the message "Country has received maximum daily help" . HOWEVER my dwelling has enough storage *128k food, 123k wood stone iron plus some oil, around 33k i think. So why when she sends 80k , having NOT sent any for approx 12 hrs, Do we get this message? I have not been receiving resources from someone else either. Please explain to me how the resources transfers work, and how I can avoid this daily limit please! ( and NO dont suggest the levy)
