Since this website is pretty new, there will be bugs. Please post here any bugs or mistakes or typos you find.

When you post about it - please explain what lead to the bug - what was your preceeding actions, which page you were about to access, etc. Uploading screenshot somewhere and posting a link will greatly help too!

Did you want people to post bugs directly in this thread or did you just mean in this forum section? Just asking

Also, the new/edit post screen needs a quotes button, you know, for making quotes from copied and pasted text.

I'm so glad you finally launched the site. Congratulation, looks wonderful, you did an amazing job!

Bug wise, the donating part is not working yet, also I'm not sure about this superreward thing, how secure it is. Why not going with paypal or direct paying to you?

Bug wise, the donating part is not working yet, also I'm not sure about this superreward thing, how secure it is. Why not going with paypal or direct paying to you?

We are using payment aggregator (SuperRewards) because they allow to pay in a dozens of different methods in different countries. We've been using them for years now and so far they have been very good and secure.

Unfortunately we are unable to directly accept PayPal payments in our country (Ukraine), they allow only outgoing payments. Accepting credit cards directly is even more complicated cause it implies seriours security restrictions, requirement of various cetrificates, handing chargebacks, etc. It's not reasonable unless there is a high volume of orders which is clearly not the case.

Using payment processors like SuperRewards is a common practice among game developers, even among big ones. I understand your security concern, but I think it is safe to pay through them. They have a good support too, you can view their site www.superrewards.com for more info.

Thanks for pointing out the error on donation page, I will be fixing it right away.

Hey Viva :D

Two Three problems to report here.

1. The login timeout seems kind of short since I had apparently timed out while posting (though I did take a little while to post) and there is no keep me logged in check option or keep me logged in for x amount of time.

2. After I logged in, I got this page asking to renew security details, which is fine with me considering it's a new site and forum, but when I clicked the done or submit button, it didn't seem to take. In fact, it came up again when I timed out while posting.

3. Looks like I can only edit my most recent post in a thread. Not sure if there is some kind of time limit before you can't edit or this is another bug.

There is the logo and copyright down in the lower right corner if that's what you mean and the forum is a homebrewed system so to speak.

"3. Looks like I can only edit my most recent post in a thread. Not sure if there is some kind of time limit before you can't edit or this is another bug."

Okay, it's definetly some kind of timer because a moment ago the edit buttom was showing for the previous post but when I clicked on it, it gave me an error and said I was not logged in. Could you guys remove the edit timer? It would cut down on double posts and allow people to update something in their post. Plus I'd prefer being able to edit my posts and I see no reason for an edit post timer.

You are accasionally logged out, because I am fixing bugs as we speak and from time to time reload the server. It won't happen when fixing is done

Yes, there is a timer which provides you something like 15 minutes to edit your post.

I might increase it up to say an hour, but not disable it completely, cause if account of some active forum poster got hijacked, attacker might edit all posts of that active poster into some gibberish, thus screwing the forum.

Could you please explain "renew security details" ? Are you talking about page which is asking answer to security question or are you talking about entering more details about your account like your name, birthday, etc?

An hour seems more reasonable IMO, but okay, you have a point there. Also, I'm noticing that the formatting gets screwed up when you copy and paste for some reason.

It's the page which asks about entering more details like name, birthday and setting a new security question. I already did that once, but it didn't seem to take or it didn't send me to the user profile page after I clicked in submit.

Edit: It's the page titled 'Need more information'.

There is a button which reads "Paste from Word", you can try to use it to paste without breaking the formatting.

Just tested and that works, but it seems like an unneccesary step when you can just copy and paste.

Have you tried to enter the details again? Maybe it did not stored your details because of me fixing the server from time to time. You can logout and login again to bring that page again.

I tried again and hitting update details does nothing, tried making all of them turn green (other than the secret answer box, which didn't turn green), didn't work, blanked the answer to make it give the expected error, but typing in the answer box does not turn the box green. Even then, hitting update details does not work.
