What is better to build huts and promote it to houses or to build houses?

InfernumDeus	With the beggining of classical age I got an option to build new lvl 1 huts or new lvl 1 houses. New level 1 house is worse than level 1 house promoted from a hut. catznap	Any building that can be built or promoted will be the same stats once you upgrade them to the maximum. A house(promoted) level 5 and house level 5 will have the same stats. Library (promoted) level 10, and Library level 10 will have the same stats.
