Now you can reach Expansion Victory when your country grows big enough and you reach high nobility titles.
Getting Started
You
man contact in terms of noble affairs is naturally Vertuttiy the Old
Herald. He made you a noble as a part of tutorial and now you can talk
to him if you want to improve your noble title and reach Expansion
Victory.
There are 17 noble titles with first two being Commoner
and Noble and last one is God-Emperor (or Goddess-Empress), each of
those above Commoner have different requirements, but in order to avoid
spoilers, just talk to Herald and he will fill you in.
New Quests and Location
The
Expansion Victory adds 4 new quests and 1 new quest location that is
opened at later stages of your victory progress. As always, there are
multiple solutions to the tasks you may be facing when progressing the
victory, so don't feel yourself locked when something looks inaccessible
at your stage of the game.
The Expansion Victory in theory is
made technically achievable at any point, so you don't need to create
new heroes, although doing it with the fresh hero would probably be the
smoothest experience. Whether you will be able to fulfill all of the
requirements with your specific hero is another question.
Crowns
When you become Baron or higher, a new category of outfit items would be unlocked - Crowns!
Each
title starting with Baron has his/her own crown which can be put on
your hero for vanity purposes. It does not give any stats and does not
affect your head gear, but replaces your hat appearance to make your
hero look majestic. When your hero reaches victory or is defeated, the
crowns are taken away so in order to get them again, you will have to
reach higher nobility titles again.
Town Requirements & Marriage
The
main idea of the Expansion Victory is having more and more towns, up to
at least 16 for the highest title, however while technically possible
to have 16 towns with a single hero, this is hardly an enjoyable
experience. That's where marriage comes into play. For the sake of
Expansion Victory requirements, the towns of your spouse are counted as
your own, thus if you are married, having 5 towns and you spouse has 4,
it is treated as if you and your spouse both have 9 when Herald would
check the requirements.
Essentially this turns Expansion Victory
into co-op victory where it is best to go for Expansion Victory in
pairs, because reaching higher nobility titles unlocks more and more
marriage bonuses which are quite powerful.
Additionally, in this
update we have almost lifted limit on number of resources received by
wife from husband. Normally this is 20% of daily income from regular
player, but from husband wife can receive up to 100% of her daily
income.
Herald's Inkwell
Now as Vertuttiy was finally
updated to serve his role properly, we have also implemented Herald's
Inkwell item properly which allows to customize your crest better.
Price Increase
Since
Cash Shop introduction in 2013 for more than 12 years we have never
increased prices in this game despite the inflation and turbulence in
global economy and difficulties in our local country. We have tried to delay it for as long as possible, but now we are sad
to announce price increase on some of the items sold via in-game Cash
Shop. This is a harsh but necessary step to ensure the game servers will
stay online for the foreseeable future, critical bugs would be fixed on
timely basis and some kind of new content would be added. We hope you
would understand.
On a positive note we have nearly halved the price of Trommel and Army Standard.
