I believe it would be nice to be able to block people who wish to send reinforcements whether in the form of army, settlers, or any other thing that eats food to your domain without your permission. I know we can send them home, but if we are afk, they can consume our resources in the interim. I do not feel this is a feature that should be allowed. |

There will be no blocking, but you will have the ability to dismiss reinforcements of other people stadning in your town. This way people will think twice before sending unwanted reinforcements. |
