Incense Value

I'm not sure if this belongs in the bug reports since I'm asking for clarification.

The incense description says it reduces build times by 50%. 

I linked some to my town Pilot's Plain and a build time went from 10:49 to 9:20.  Clearly not a 50% reduction.  The build time percentage for the town is 313% which is not that far below what it was yesterday.  It was under 300% before the towers were increased.  I know it was not over 600% yesterday after the build time increase.

So, is the description wrong or am I not understanding how the incense is supposed to work?

I believe the incense takes 50% off your building speed percentage. So if you started with 300%, it reduces it to 250%.

Thank you.  :-) Then, perhaps it should read "Takes 50 percentage points off of building construction time" to be more accurate.
