cant login the game

i have just update the game today, but after that i cant login the game, i've tried so many times to login. it says that the game needs to be updated, but i have just updated the game... sorry my english not so good, thanks bers..

yes, i did all the tricks.. in the office also in my home... i hope today the problem will be fixed.. :)

I am once again having same problem except this time it's Windows itself telling me I don't have permission to access.  Ran a trouble shoot and it said it was an incompatable program.   This has never happened before so I wonder if it's a sever issue

Oh and yes  all ports are open, computer was rebooted etc etc.  so left with uninstall/reinstall

this morning i'm trying to open the game from the office, but still the same like yesterday, now i'm in my house trying to open the game here... i think there's no problems with my computer, in my house or in the office..

When I got the message " an error occured during the update" I have always problems with my internet connection. The game is trying to connect, but if it takes too much time, you get the error message. 

Try to run also Ccleaner and /or your antivirus, maybe you got some programs from the net which are not compatible with the game.

 Check also your RAM - memory available to run programs ( maybe somebody can describe this better, I am not very skilled for technical informatics description sorry) -  when I have another program already open, I cant run TTJ either.  Well, I think I am running out of ideas :(

The game is download using a "peer to peer " system , which means the files are shared by the game server and also by other players. I cant see clearly , but it seems that in your area you have only 2 players contributing to your download. The more players are connected close to you, the faster is the download. So, try to survey if your percent of download increase ( and the time decrease ) when the number of the players increase too....

The amount of time is also based on internet speeds from both you and the peers connected. In the image you're downloading 1GB of files at 30kbps so it will take awhile.
