Requirements for new towns - the previous thread is closed

I would like to reopen this subject, as I just noticed that is no more corresponding with the previous  thread.

So , before it used to be: 

1st Town is for free
2.Town need 1 settler and 40 cells (-3 cells per additional settler)
3.Town need 1 settler and 92 cells (-3 cells per additional settler)
4.Town need 1 settler and 150 cells (-3 cells per additional settler)
5.Town need 1 settler and 220 cells (-3 cells per additional settler)

Today, I have 3 towns and 148 cells. I would like to put my 4th town, but , after checking it ask me to increase my country by 10 more cells in order to be able to settle with  only 1 settler. 

Did something changed? If yes, please, please correct the original thread.

Arya, that thread was started by a player no longer here. I have updated parts of it but I have no patience for figuring out settlers. I just grow till they work.If anybody wants to figure it out again, and updates the numbers here I will update that part of the thread.

OK, so, today , in order to settle the 4th with only 1 settler we need 158 cells. I will try to pay to pay attention for the next ones. And thanks for updating the thread :-)
