It depends on the stones... if they are flat layers of rocks/slates, if you click on them they will tell you that you need a tool to break them and clear the way. If nothing happens when you click on them, then they are the end/ edge of the area and there is no way through.

I thought I answered this in the other thread? If you are just talking about logs laying on the ground you cannot do anything about them.
