Weather bridge in New kyiv

I have killed the skeleton knight and found six pages, but I still don't know how to lower the weather bridge.

I have found a small stone with cloud shape, my guess is I need to find all the small stones and fill them into the same hole.

But I have searched this map in all the weather for three times, but still nothing else.

I feel like I need some small hints to help me continue

It tooks me only 15min to find all the symbols ! 

Your hint made me recall one of the stone said something about sun and shadows! I spent almost 5 days to kill all the skeleton so I totally forgot what the stones said.
