If we have horses or deer in our country, can they be looted by our neighbours? I have some in my second country and am wondering what happens to them if I'm attacked. |

No, actually strategic resources don't have quantity and thus can't be looted. They provide passive bonus or unlock something for the town they are attached to and thus always active when they are in your domain and attached to some town. |
