Polity names discussion

I know the whole "Polity" thing is probably weird for native English speakers, therefore l need your suggestion how to name those.

First let me explain what it is and how it will behave throughout the game and then you come up with suggestions on how to name it.

The "polity" is a set of global bonuses and drawbacks spanning whole country - all your towns. However we need to explain this bonuses as something from real world and first things that come to mind are things like social order, polity, and so on. The "Communality" and "Leaderism" that you choose from in the beginning probably obscure names for the native speaker, but I wanted to come up with some tribal social orders and was unable to come up with better names and if you can suggest better ones that could be great.

There will be more than starting two polities / social ordres. Later in the game there will be more like "Monarchy", "Nationalism", "Communism", "Democracy", etc. and we need to name first two in the vein of the ones that follow after them.

How should we name this "polity" thing and specific starting "polities" in your opiniton?

You could do it by changing only a few letters ... to "politics". More people would grasp what "politics" means than "polity". And the Leaderism "politics" would be seen as aggressive foreign policy, versus Communality, which is a more peaceful domestic-building policy.

It should. If you treat them as ways of governing, which is one of the definitions...
