we know for sure that the more builder huts/houses we have, the faster the building process gets, but what if we could ''train'' builders, the higher the level of the building the more we can train, the bigger the population the more we can train! so population of the city and level of the building depend on the max number of builders per one house!
builders can be used in combat , but they are fragile. but even when they are not at war, they can easily get killed by other people, but dont worry, if you have an army, then enemies wont be able to attack your builders! also if builders arent doing anything, they are going to be sort of garissoned in their own homes.
BUT thats not all!! with multiple builders you can build multiple buildings, ofcourse the building time will be gradually decreased! so you wont need that ''Tors hammer-thingy'' UNLESS, you want to sort of magically multiply them by two and build multiple buildings with the normal time!
how is this idea useful and why? - well it's a bit more complicated like the whole game is ! and that complication can make the game more interesting, but aside that, your town population will very much matter, it will finally become useful, cause , when i play the game, i used to think ''the more population i have the more flaws and disadvantages in building terms i have'', also you will be able to build more than two buildings...i am sure it can be balanced if there are any issues though.
