Researching different sciences in Medieval Age disables some buildings from previous ages. Can I destroy disabled buildings without negative effect over other buildings in the town? For example, I have Hut of the Braves disabled, but the Shelter in the same town depends on having Hut of the Braves. If I destroy the Hut, what happens to the Shelter?

There are some equivalent buildings that work in the requirements, i.e. Garrison or Barracks is the equivalent of the Hut of the Brave. It is sufficient to have them to be able to build Shelter. However, the requirements are for building the structure in the first place (and maybe upgrading it). You don't need to have the requirement in order to have building functional. The building will not be disabled if you loose the requirement. There are only 2 types of building relationship that can make building go disabled. It is wall -> tower and main building -> huts. And I am not 100% sure if it is still the case in current version of the game.

Thanks for the quick answer - now I can destroy the Hut and free some space. Is it possible when trying to destroy a building entirely to have a warning if this will affect other structures in town?

No, I think it will be too complicated, because it will affect them anyway. If some building requires other building in order to upgrade, it means it is affected by that one and almost all buildings affect some other one in that regard.

Ah, well, I kept trace of these dependencies for a while, because after some time they become too complicated and hard to remember. Sorry that I gave up. If somebody has similar records, please PM me to join forces and make a full list of the dependencies between the buildings.

I would like a little reminder say on the research page about what buildings will be disabled once I am done with that research item. The only time I am told is when I start the research, so if there was a way to add something when I hover over that research item it reminds me what buildings will go away so I have to make sure is upgraded all the way. I lost 9 huts and a almost upgraded mission due to my lack of attention.

Keep in mind that I often change that between the updates as I balance things.
Yes, I know that, but thanks for the reminder. Still such a list as well as other lists, for example which building at which level needs a blueprint, resources or another building present in the town, although subject to change during Alpha, can be a good base for the real game - corrections are easier than starting from scratch. And, as I saw in the course of the game, they can be very useful.

There are some threads in the forum under Game Discussions - "Game Tips & Hints" and "Guide to Domains & Expanding". If such lists do not already exist under either of these threads, I would think that is where they would be appropriately placed. I would begin by seeking out some of the people who have been here the longest, they are most familiar with the game and the various building requirements.
