How does one invite members to an alliance?

Also, if anyone would like to join me - it's the Buckwheatery Alliance.

I guess I have to upgrade or these features aren't working. I will join you if I can once mission is upgraded.

I only see a creat option and hadn't bother to upgrade the mission as I thought I saw somewhere that this isn't implemented. Still I'll see what happens when my mission is upgraded

Hmm, yeah I only saw the 'create' button as well. I just assumed no one had gotten around to upgrading the mission yet and I was the first.

I have successfully started one though, and some of the features look unfinished, but it definitely does create an alliance. I don't have another hero so I can't test joining it...

Yes then it says your mission has to be at level 5 to create an alliance I don't see a join feature yet. So time for upgrading also :(

The invite/join and other alliance management tools should be on separate tab which was sort of done like 1 or 2 years ago and currently broken, that's why we haven't unlocked it yet. Alliance stuff will be very important seriously changes game style if you start or join one, that's why I don't think we will unlock it soon - there are a lot of work needs to be done with it, to make it worthwhile.

Rats! Oh well, at the moment I can have an alliance of one, with me as the leader   :D

If i click at his town i see the profil of the hero, name and so on.

The name of his alliance is very small and hard to read there.

If i click on "Details" now, there is a page i see all transfers. Because of color and size the name of his alliance isn't readable.

Along the same lines about Alliances, I remember seeing a visual page about the online status colors listed below.  But I can't find it anywhere. 

light green = offline, was online during last 24 hours- 

yellow = offline, was online during last 2 days- 

orange = offline, was online during last 3 days-

 brown = offline, was online during last 7 days- 

red = offline during last 7 days and more

What is the maximum number of members and is there danger in too many members

What are taxes,  Why would they be levied

What are the duties/responsibilities of a treasurer

As a new leader of a new alliance I would appreciate any information to help me understand all of this before I make some huge mistakes, or at least to avoid the small ones

In medieval age if you have a level 10 embassy you can have 30 member. The tax feature and treasure is not working yet
