BUG! 5 minute building skip not working!

On certain buildings such as bushes or trees, that when you upgrade them, they have a 9 minute delay until they get upgraded. HOWEVER, when it goes past the 5 minute point, and you attempt to speed it up, it will show up with the same old, speedup items menu.

Not sure if intentional, and 5 minute speedup is only for buildings that have JUST 5 minutes or less on their original building time.

Yes, you can only speed up buildings that have a total building time of 5 min or less. Even for 5:01 you have to wait until the counter reaches 0.

Though the problem is that I've noticed that the "I have to wait like 5 minutes exactly" turns out to be 5:01 out of the blue. Where did that one extra second appeared as soon I accepted the upgrade/build.
