Building population

Tuey	If I have built a building that has people I can train am I paying to feed the same people twice? Does the building itself have a population that I have to feed even if I haven't trained the people? Seems like some buildings charge me twice. berserker	Yes, you can treat them as maids or as service staff, but barracks-type building indeed have population regardless of whether you trained troops. In fact explicitly mentioned population everywhere means non-military population that you cannot command directly.
