I'm not sure if this a bug or intentional. With a couple of heroes I kind of forgot about the initial quests for Bulat and went directly to a wall without a palisade. The bully Bulat won't recognize that I was an overachiever and let me close out that part of the military quest :) Seems like the hero should still get credit?
