when I started this game, the chat panel was visible, whether we were in the attack window or explorer sending window. for some reason this was changed in A3 I believe.
I really miss being able to see chat, esp. when I am attacking and there are last second changes being discussed in AC. Therefore I would like to suggest, the chat panel should be returned to those windows.
