Chat Panel Changes

bit of feedback regarding todays update.

Not a big fan of the changes to the chat panel, 4 lines isn't great and then 5 lines when expanded doesn't really help communications without lots of scrolling to see who you've been talking to in alliance.

My suggestion would be a vertical column down the right hand side as a column works a lot better with chat than a small number of rows.

Otherwise am loving the UI enhancements - nice work guys o7

You can keep expanding the chat window until if almost fills your entire screen, though - you can make it as big as you like.
