Don't know if this is a bug

or my eyes, but in my new hero's domain, can't find the rope to make the Stone Scythe. I have the shaft and the blade and I have searched everywhere. I always had no problems finding all 3 parts before. So perhaps its a bug?

rope is given when you get advisor, since you cannot get crest you cannot progress further

until you get quest to find science advisor, you do not get rope. I did not think you got that quest until after you receive the armorial but maybe I am wrong?

so frustrating that I can't get the crest in the Herald. I suspect because I delivered the resources before he asked for them. I hope it can get fixed, otherwise I can't proceed with my new hero.

I think only Bulat requires the crest before joining you. But I can't remember if you can talk to Zweistein without it even though he does not demand to see it.
