I have been searching for an architect and cannot find one.  I have made multiple towns without success. Finally I got a Fred town, so I waited a week before making another town. Still no architect, so I settled another town and got another Fred town,. So this time I waited 10 days and I got a partial Fred.  Just how long do I have to wait to get a chance at an architect.  I have probably made 12 or more towns so far.  Where are all these architects? And when can I start searching again?
