Game goals/role of war

Testing is not just for playing it's for providing feedback, and we have a lot of feedback in the forums.  However, there are testers we almost never, and sometimes never, hear from and perhaps there is a way to encourage constructive feedback from them as well.  Most of my feedback has been direct via pm so I don't know that any type of survey would be useful to me, but there is a whole world out there that may want to contribute but aren't comfortable in a setting where they have to put a name to their comments. 

In the end though, it is not our game.  The developers deserve a lot of praise as well as honest critique and I'd hate to see a chilling effect on reporting anomalies or reporting perceived anomalies and concerns.  We are your independent contractors actually invited to do a job and part of that would be to give voice to our experiences in a positive and helpful way.  :-)

Sorry to post again, I thought the discussion ended for me because things are put in their places and we, I hope, understood each other and cleared our positions. But I need to make clear that nowhere in my posts there is even a hint that I find accepted proposals silly and primitive!!! Absolutely not - such thoughts did not ever cross my mind! And I don't want to leave their authors with such a wrong impression.

Here is my opinion for whatever it is worth                     Syzen, if you wish to start another thread and pose some questions for the testing community,,, go for it. Players can respond or not as they wish.              Onjel, I agree with you about us being independant contractors invited here to help do a job.                                       I also would like to add that I think that Berserker and Team are doing a fantastic job.
