Some 1.02 versions (supposedly from Big Fish) do not have a gem glitch and some do; depending on which portal the game came from..

Just got new laptop operating under Windows 7 (works great btw), installed game v 1.03 on it and it runs fine. Had both game and Gem Utility running fine on old computer (Windows XP) but now cant find where data is in Windows 7.
Tried to follow help instructions written in prev. posts for Vista but no joy, help please.

Like I mentioned in the first post, that folder might be hidden in Vista, so to show them you might need to take following steps:
First it was XP. Then Vista. Now Windows 7.
I need to know where "profiles.dat is in windows 7.
For some reason windows 7 does not have search for files.
:confused:
Downloaded the gem-utility program. That part was good.
:)
Did Microsoft hide the files???

Found the .dat file in the folder "Totem Tribe".
Reflexive Arcade uses "arcade.dat" Size 503Kb.
Copied and renamed the file to "profile.dat"
in hope that your Gem Utility program would see the file.
:)
The program sees the file.
But
Gives the error message "Out of Memory"
:(
Any Ideas????

Restore it back, it is not the file you need. Wherever have you purchased game, our file has the same name - profile.dat
Have you checked C:/Program Data/Enkord/Totem Tribe ?

You are correct. C:\program data\enkord\totem tribe is the folder.
Problem was in Windows 7, they hide those files.
Also in Windows 7 the software comes with the seach for
that folder turned off. No search engine.
You have to turn on the search in windows 7.
Then look for the profile.dat folder.
I copied the profile.dat folder on to the flash stick
that also had your utility program on it.
Makes it easy for your program to find the profile.dat folder.
Your software worked great!!

Gem utility works fine. The file was just where it was supposed to be for XP. Thanks. Now back to find the rest of the gems. :cool:

Call me stupid if you wish. I saved the Gem Utility and it subsequently appeared on my desktop but everytime I try to do anything with it I just get a black screen and have to go into Task Manager to end program because nothing else happens. Getting really sick of this now - WISH MICROSOFT WOULD STOP "BETTERING SOFTWARE"!!!!!! Just a load of bl""*y money grabbing gits, no sooner do people get used to one system they come up with another.
Please help!

It took me about 3 minutes to solve the puzzle.
It helps a lot if you keep clicking the lights until they look symmetrical (sorry for my english, i am from Holland). If you can accomplish that, you just have to click a bit random, but make sure that they STAY symmetrical.
It sounds weird, but i've done the puzzle 3 times now and every time it worked. Good luck! :)

If you have a early version of the game, it is a glitch. You cannot get 100% of the gems.
