Working on it. If you are so impatient, maybe you should not play the alpha and wait until more stable versions as the problems will be pretty common on such a stage of the game. |

It seems we can fix it only by trying launch several launcher builds on your PC. Is it possible to add you to Skype to easy send hot fixes? You have to replace appropriate file by recieved from us, try to launch it and then send to us log files, described above. This way we can detect and resolve this problem. Our skype account is: enkordteam (Country: Ukraine)

Im having the this problem too with my XP (this is not very important because i have a better one available in a week which will probably work) but if i try to solve it like it was said here i cant even find the map enkord in my appdata.
Also, the first time i started the launcher it did work, but it didnt found the enkord updater. Then a pop-up popped up ;) saying my firewall had blocked the updater. I unblocked the firewall and then when i tred restarting it i came to my curren position : opening but closing again directly after (see movie from paulo bernardo)
Since Paulo seems to have solved the problem (his hero is displayed) i would ask if he or you could post the solution here for the rest of the people who have this problem.

He used computer with Windows 7. The problem is not solved yet, we will need all the detail we can get. |

If you want to help to resolve this issue, and have a lot of free time (not today, but when we will talk), we can talk about it by skype. Our account is - enkordteam.
But it have sense only if you have good computer skills (to run exe as admin, replace files in hidden folders etc) |
