I donated 19.99 but haven't gotten my games for it

Elizaew	I donated 19.99 today , March 26, 2017, because the website said I would get Totem Tribe Gold and other free games in addition to TT II Jotun. I was able to download Jotun right away but I didn't receive anything that gave me access to TT Gold or the other games. I tried using the contact us on the website but it keeps giving an error message. This makes me wonder if I've been ripped off.
