I'm new to TT2 so please be kind as I may sound thick, I have a few things that are bugging me but I'm hoping that someone could help me at least on this problem. How do I break an Ice block with no tools to speak of. Next: where and how do I find the village in Keepers Village Next: Why does everything have to take so long, that's what I loved about TT1 and TT gold your tribe and weapons grew and evolved quickly, I have to say as much as I love this game I'm starting to get a bit bored of waiting.

Everything takes so long because it is a multiplayer game now where everyone plays in the same world at the same time, different people play in different time zones, etc. That's why everything made to take a long time so different people will be able to play entering the game from time to time. If everything will be taking as long as in original TT, then the player who can spend the most time on the game will have an advantage. The person who can sit and play 24/7 will be ages away from the play who can only spend on the game a hour or so. Considering that our main audience is adults who have jobs, families and so on, and can only spend so much time on the game, this mechanics was introduced. As for the spoiler questions I will let someone else answer that.

As to the ice blocks in your town, you will come across lots of obstacles that you need higher tech or tools you do not have yet. eventually as you progress you will find something that will work on it.

Thanks for letting me know about the ice as I thought I was doing something wrong so at least I know I'm not now and I'll just keep at it. I understand about the time issue and it's great that it makes things fare because as you say people are playing in different time zones. But if I wanted to just play along on my own, build up my village and do quests would I be able to and would the timing still be the same? The reason I'm asking is because I'm just getting used to the game and I can just see everything getting plundered or destroyed once my protection is lifted and I quite like just plodding along at the moment.

You may not have a choice about plodding along as you put it. People might attack you no matter your own feelings about it. This game is multi player after all. You will have neighbors.

It was a hard but inevitable decision to make this game multiplayer-only. Unfortunately that decision also puts some limitations on gaming process which resulted in long building times and inability to play at your own pace. The further in development, the more quests and minor bits will be added which can be used to occupy you while you are waiting for the buildings to finish. Some players to occupy themselves even at such early stage of the game play multiple countries/heroes at the same time.

Question - on the Ice Block in the main village, I was told that the Everliving Coals will destroy it. When I finally got the Everliving Coals, it is telling me it is too weak to break it. What the heck will break it? This is getting frustrating!

****WARNING SPOILER**** Ice block - I used torch to destroy it. I found torch in a chest in my 2nd/3rd town. The chest need 5 centurion to open. Village - You need 2 bridges and water all brown trees in order to access the village.
