Lada's ward

iron	I received a Lada's ward. Today I have seen it has a clock on it, so better than go the waste I want to use it. However I can not seem to get it to work. I open the tassel, grab the Lada, put it in one of my towns (just I like I use al the other stuff)... but nothing!! Is this a bug, or is there a different way to get the Lada to work??
