Loading the game problem

Hi, We just had an update today and my game loads the first window, checking update window but than the game doesn't come up. What is the problem?

I had that a few times in the past. What helped me there was to end the Enkord Updater-process in the Taskmanager.

(For that,in case you don't know,press Ctrl+ALT+Del to open the Taskmanager. There is a tab "Processes". Look for Enkord Updater Agent.exe and stop it manually.Then try to start the game again.)

Thank you for info... will check again for firewall- antivirus is blocking it. Did the rest, so hoping for the best, mist playing the game :(

hello:-) perhaps try to deinstall the game and install it again, i needed to do it in the past too, perhaps this will help; hope to see you back soon in the game :-)

Hi, I was able to try the game in a new pc, with window 10... a get to the white screen (core) and it just keep loading and loading and doesn't go in, can i do something? By the way the screen is full screen so it is a problem to close it cause it is not going into the game, the core what to do please, n tkx
