lost one of my resources

Hi, I create my third town. I used 10% of my culture and I didn' t pay attention of reducing the size of my dwelling. so one of my ressouces go out from my country. I got a message who says that it will be destroy in less than 22 hours. Is there a way to recuperate it?

build culture in the town nearest to that global resource, like totem pole, obelisk etc. that might get it back.

I upgrade till recover the ancient number of cells , but my ressource is still outside of my dwelling. i recuperate cells only on one side. another idea, please?
