You mean the bars with small "p" in the corner? They visually indicate different paragraphs. This time around we added visual editor instead of BBCode one.

As for the timezone - unfortunately it's not implemented yet, but will be added in the nearby future. We organized dates so they display time since event in questing, so in this case timezone is not important. But when to display exact time we will implement it in the nearby future.

You are right about different look and feel. After bloated vBulletin with all those signatures, profiles, gazilion of useless features, we felt we need something minimalistic, not to distract people from the content itself.

In the future we will only add hero portrait next to nickname and that's it - no signatures, avatars, post counters, etc.
