I donated to this company to get Totem Tribe Gold originally. From said donation I was supposed to be able to get two more dames. I selected Arial Mahjong, selected it from the list, my account was debited, but didn't receive the game. I tried to email support but it failed to go through. Anyone able to tell me what's happening???
