Hello, I tried to link my mobile phone and got the code from you almost immediately. Unfortunately, when trying to enter the number, even though I took seconds to enter it, it said I took too long and to request a new code.
When returning to the menu, it said that a code had already been sent and to wait up to 30 minutes. A day later and a new code never arrived.
The original code come through with a comma for the thousands separator (5 digit number received as XX,XXX), but did not seem to need comma when entering code - I wonder if that is why it didn't work.
