This may be a stupid question but what if I don't remember where I started. How do you know where you are when in game?

I really wish when we hover over our country it would say whether we were in northern or southern grasslands etc. I realize it tells me the area but I would just like to know more generally where I am.

You are WAY down South at [33 | 200]. Did a trade with you the other day so I know where to find you. That is a very good idea to have the tooltip indicate whether you are North or South.

If the desert/tropics are lower than your place, then you are in the Northern hemisphere; if they are above, then you are lucky to be down under. Also with this particular map you can consider cells with the second(Y) coordinate more than 128 to be southern.

Thanks that is very helpful, we older ones tend to forget where we put ourselves.

Not just you... Spend all of alpha 2 trying to get my two heroes to find each other, only to eventually realise they were in different hemispheres. :-)

While I am fully aware of where my hero's are right now. I just think that knowing what area they are consider to be in would be nice. Maybe not priority but for me it would be more helpful then just knowing I am in littlefield for instance
