Hi,
I am posting here since this may not be a bug and I might not understand how the bonus works:
I have an artefact with +1% Picking research points amount. I was very excited about getting this, and have been waiting for some days to get to lvl 3 to use it, because i understood from the description that it would work as an extra lvl on the Shrine of knowledge, thus letting me use another % more.
Alas the said bonus is doing nothing. It displays on hero stats as having the bonus but it does not affect current research points (like being auto added, like hero perk for science) nor does it let me move my meager research slider from 8% to 9% with the bonus.
How is this bonus supposed to work?
