Hello. My real ID is Syzen. I had to create this one to be able to request help because it doesn't seem that emailing through the general Enkord contact form works. About a month ago I set up my Syzen account and also donated. Never saw a confirmatory email like the one I just received setting up this account or any other correspondence from Enkord including Alpha invite. Had a family matter so didn't try to access the site until this week. When I logged in, it recognized my ID, and my account balance. I also had a banner saying that I was invited to Alpha test. When I clicked on that I got error 403 access denied. When I tried to leave a message in the forum, I am told that I don't have permission to post and "Your account email address is not confirmed. That may be the reason you are not allowed to create threads here. Please go to your email address and confirm your email." Also, today my Alpha invite banner is gone. What do I have to do to fix the account, forum, and Alpha access? |

Looks like your other account is fine, but you haven't confirmed your email address. Confirming means clicking the link in the email received after registration. When you login into your account you should see a message that your email is not confirmed - there is a link on that which allows you to re-send confirmation email again. Click it and wait for a minute or two. After that - go to your email and look for the email from us. If you don't see it - look into Junk/Spam folder. Click the link in that email and your account should be confirmed and you will be able to access the website. |

Thanks Berserker, but I cannot find that option on the initial login screen (after it you click on problems with login) or in my account options. If I had, I would have already tried it :)

That seemed to show promise, in that it did allow me to hit a button to resend confirmation. However, it has not appeared yet in my inbox or under junk. For context, I received the email response/confirmation to reset password for the Syzen email account within a minute, and the email confirmation for this account to the google email within 20 seconds. As I did successfully test the Syzen email account by requesting a password reset (the DO NOT REPLY Enkord message came through to the inbox successfully) I'm not sure what is going on. But then again, I never received the initial (month ago) email confirmation. Any ideas? |

You can change email address on that other account to different one if you say different one is working and confirm it there. |

Thanks. I ended up having to create a new email address, because I could not switch it to the other one as it was tied to a valid user ID. Can you provide me with the link to the Alpha test as I can no longer see the banner with the link? I apologize for taking your time from the real work at hand. |
